These are common feelings and reactions reported from the women we have had the opportunity to serve. You are not alone—you don’t have to walk this journey by yourself.


Hope After Support Groups
Whether your abortion was recent or years ago, we offer both in-person and virtual support groups designed to meet you where you are—emotionally and practically.
In a safe, confidential space, you’ll be met with genuine compassion, respect, and understanding. Our experienced facilitators will walk alongside you, offering tools, insights, and encouragement to help you process emotions, rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and move forward with hope.
Wherever you are in your healing journey, we’re here for you.
Two group options are available
After an abortion, it’s natural to carry emotions that can feel confusing or unresolved. True healing begins by gently acknowledging and honoring those losses in a safe, supportive environment. If you’re ready to take that step, our program is here to walk with you.
6-Week Group
Meets once a week at a time designed to accommodate a variety of schedules and time zones. This group offers compassionate support in a flexible format to meet you where you are.
8-Week Group
Also meeting once a week, this group offers a slightly deeper experience and includes a Christian perspective. You’ll receive spiritual encouragement and have the opportunity to explore or reconnect with your faith—wherever you are on your journey.
